Baseball Recap: North Kitsap Triumphs

North Kitsap won the last time they faced Bremerton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The North Kitsap Vikings walked away with a 7-2 victory over the Bremerton Knights.

Tate Stearns made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Stearns was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-4.

In other batting news, Chase McDaniel was a standout: he scored two runs and stole Three bases. while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Spencer Gillespie, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-3.

The win got North Kitsap back to even at 1-1.
