Hughes waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They had just enough and edged the Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central Tigers out 46-44. The 46-point effort marked the Lions' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Hughes pushed their record up to 4-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of two points across that stretch.
