Mendon won the last time they faced Burr Oak and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hornets put the hurt on the Bobcats with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hornets.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Mendon took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-13, 25-12.

Despite the loss, Burr Oak still got an impressive performance from Makaila Hines, who had 16 digs and one block. Another player making a difference was Peyton Roggow, who had eight digs.

Mendon's victory bumped their record up to 21-3-1. As for Burr Oak, they now have a losing record of 5-6-1.

Looking ahead, Mendon will challenge Reading at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Burr Oak, they will square off against Decatur at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
