Softball Recap: Skyline Comes Up Short

Skyline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 15-0 to the Mountain View Toros. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Coyotes of the 15-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Mountain View, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Skyline wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 18-3 defeat against West Point on the 20th. As for Mountain View, they have also already played their next match, a 10-2 win against Westwood on the 18th.
