Wylie East kept a clean sheet against North Garland on Friday. Everything went their way against North Garland as they made off with a 10-0 victory. Considering Wylie East has won ten games by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting North Garland from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Brooke Shields led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Wylie East pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six matchups. As for North Garland, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Wylie East will face off against Sachse at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sachse knows how to get goals on the board -- the squad has finished with four goals or more in their past six games -- so hopefully Wylie East likes a good challenge. As for North Garland, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 9-0 victory against Lakeview Centennial on the 22nd.
