Baseball Recap: Northern Heights Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Northern Heights's offense. They came up short against the West Franklin Falcons on Thursday, falling 15-0. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Northern Heights' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. West Franklin has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northern Heights will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Osage City at 4:00 p.m. on April 7. As for West Franklin, they will head out to take on Burlingame at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
