Baseball Recap: Gretna Hawks vs. Altavista Colonels
Gretna lost against Altavista last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Hawks lost 14-4 to the Colonels. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Wyatt Walden was cooking despite his team's loss, getting on base in two of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Brayden Breedlove was another key player, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
Gretna's loss dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Altavista, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-4.
