Softball Recap: Bishop Lynch Comes Up Short

Bishop Lynch fell victim to Dallas Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Dallas Christian Chargers, falling 10-0. The Friars have struggled against the Chargers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meetings.

Bishop Lynch's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Dallas Christian, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-2-1.

Coming up, Bishop Lynch will challenge John Paul II at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Dallas Christian, they will face off against Newman International Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Dallas Christian is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.9 runs per game this season.
