Baseball Recap: Union City Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Union City's rock-solid pitcher showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Friday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Memorial Tigers a 3-0 shutout. The Soaring Eagles haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Not much got past Guillermo Soto, who gave up just three hits and racked up seven Ks to keep Memorial off the board.

At the plate, Union City let Jayden Perez and Jean Calderon run wild. Perez scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-3, while Calderon scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.
