Soccer Game Preview: Spring vs. Benjamin Davis

The Spring Lions will head out to face off against the Benjamin Davis Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Spring is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

Spring is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Westfield with a sharp 8-0 win on Tuesday. Spring's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

Meanwhile, Benjamin Davis didn't have quite enough to beat Westside on January 10th and fell 2-1.

Benjamin Davis' loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Spring, the victory was their first at home, bumping their record up to 5-3-1.

Everything went Spring's way against Benjamin Davis when the teams last played back in February of 2025, as Spring made off with a 5-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
