Mountain View will head out to face Colonial Forge after giving up their first home loss of the season on Tuesday. The Wildcats fell just short of Riverbend by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Mountain View's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Colonial Forge had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Panthers as they made off with a 9-1 victory. Colonial Forge might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven matches by five goals or more this season.

Colonial Forge pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 32 goals over those four games. As for Mountain View, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.

Mountain View came out on top in a nail-biter against Colonial Forge when the teams last played on April 8th, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
