Burton was sadly handed a loss on Thursday, but Christian Pabalate did his best to prevent it. Pabalate wasn't messing around, tossing five innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off two hits. The pitching appearance was his fourth straight with two or fewer walks.
