Soccer Recap: The Covenant's Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to 13

With a playoff win on the line, The Covenant rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 4-0 margin over the Catholic Crusaders. Considering The Covenant have won 11 contests by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Catholic with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Adair Blurton (2), Elle Higgonbotham, and Kate Wolf.

The victory was the 13th in a row for The Covenant, bringing their record up to 16-1-1. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up four goals over those 13 matches. As for Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-5-1.
