Soccer Recap: Oakland Takes a Loss

Oakland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Blackman Blaze. That's two games in a row now that Oakland have lost by just one goal.

Oakland's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7-3. As for Blackman, they now have a winning record of 6-5-2.

Oakland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Blackman, they will square off against Shelbyville Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
