Football Recap: Make It Nine in a Row for Wilmington

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Wilmington walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 70-8 victory over the Hamilton/Warsaw Titans. The Wildcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The win (which was Wilmington's ninth in a row) raised their record to 9-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.8 points on average over those games. As for Hamilton/Warsaw, they moved to 6-4 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Wilmington nor the Titans have any future games scheduled.
