Basketball Recap: CrossPointe Christian Academy Takes a Loss

CrossPointe Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They took a 49-33 bruising from The Forest School Phoenix. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cavaliers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-43 back in December of 2024.

CrossPointe Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for The Forest School, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. CrossPointe Christian Academy will take on Holy Ground Baptist Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for The Forest School, they are taking a road trip to take on Hearts Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
