Mendon Unity waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Barry Western Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on September 2nd.

Mendon Unity had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 15-25, 26-24, 25-10.

Mendon Unity's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Barry Western, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Mendon Unity will square off against Seymour at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Barry Western, they will face off against Quincy Notre Dame at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
