Volleyball Game Preview: Flathead Braves/Bravettes vs. Hellgate Knights + How To Watch

The Flathead Braves/Bravettes will head out to face off against the Hellgate Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Flathead has struggled recently with four losses in a row, while Hellgate will arrive with six straight victories.

On Tuesday, Flathead didn't have quite enough to beat Sentinel and fell 3-2.

If Glacier wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Hellgate, they should've done a better job of containing Ellison Hogan. The Knights were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Wolfpack on Tuesday thanks in part to Hogan, who had 24 digs and five assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 19 or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Hellgate not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Glacier between 16 and 19 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-19, 25-16.

Flathead's defeat dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Hellgate, their win bumped their record up to 12-10.

Flathead might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from Hellgate when the teams last played back in September. Can the Braves/Bravettes avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
