Basketball Recap: Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering Comes Up Short

Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering extended their losing streak to 11 on Monday, dropping them down to 1-11. They had to suffer through a 67-17 loss at the hands of the Anacostia Indians. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-11.

As for Anacostia, the victory got them back to even at 10-10. They have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 20 points or more this season.

Leading Anacostia to victory were Ta'Shaun Robinson and Nayjah Duvall. Robinson posted 30 points, while Duvall dropped a triple-double with 19 points, 17 rebounds, and ten assists. That makes it 18 consecutive games in which Robinson has scored at least a third of the Indians' points. The team also got some help courtesy of La Georgia Callahan, who earned ten points and seven boards.

As of now, neither Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering nor Anacostia have any future games scheduled.
