Baseball Recap: Timberland Comes Up Short

Timberland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 10-0 to the Philip Simmons Iron Horses. If the Wolves were looking for revenge after losing 18-3 to the Iron Horses when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Timberland's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Philip Simmons, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

Philip Simmons will square off against Hanahan at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Timberland will be paying especially close attention to the Iron Horses' game: after the Iron Horses faces off against the Hawks, they'll take on Timberland again at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
