Volleyball Recap: Collierville's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against Germantown on Tuesday, Collierville came back down to earth. The Dragons fell just short of the Lewisburg Patriots by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Dragons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Having lost for the first time this season, Collierville fell to 2-1. As for Lewisburg, their victory was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2.

Coming up, Collierville will face off against Dyer County at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lewisburg, they will challenge Auburn at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
