Soccer Game Preview: Dr. Joaquin Garcia vs. Forest Hill

The Dr. Joaquin Garcia Bulldogs will challenge the Forest Hill Falcons at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Dr. Joaquin Garcia is headed into Thursday's following a draw, the team's first since December 12. Neither they nor FAU High could gain the upper hand on Monday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Dr. Joaquin Garcia's goal came courtesy of Luis Rodriques, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Forest Hill was not quite Santaluces' equal in the second half on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chiefs.

Forest Hill's loss dropped their record down to 5-13-3. With that draw, Dr. Joaquin Garcia's record moves to 5-6-4.
