Jahmani Muhammad Goes Supernova in Harlem Victory

Starting off the list is Harlem's Jahmani Muhammad, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Muhammad rushed for 293 yards and a touchdown while picking up 12.7 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards he has posted since back in September of 2023.

Rockford East's probably not too fond of Muhammad given he always seems to get the better of them. Muhammad rushed for 297 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.6 yards per carry the last time he and the E-Rabs duked it out back in September of 2023.

Rockford Auburn was sadly handed a defeat on Friday, but Tazheer Henderson did his best to prevent it. Henderson turned in nothing short of a gem, picking up 73 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Hononegah Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Kurt Smith

Kurt Smith was instrumental in extending Hononegah's winning streak to seven on Friday. Smith was dynamite, making five total tackles (1.0 for loss).

Hononegah's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Smith will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant performance when he faces off against Belvidere North on Friday.
