Volleyball Recap: Chattahoochee Comes Up Short

Chattahoochee was the 2-0 winner over Fellowship Christian when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cougars took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Paladins on Thursday.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12.

Chattahoochee's offense was headlined by Elise Martinez and Gabby Ishmael, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Isabella Podesta and her six assists.

Chattahoochee has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-5 record this season. As for Fellowship Christian, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Chattahoochee will venture away from home to face off against Lanier at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fellowship Christian, they will be taking part in a tournament against Clarkston at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
