After losing to St. Pius X the last time they met, Notre Dame decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Lancers by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 18-25, 25-23, 25-17.

Loren Burford paced Notre Dame's offense, picking up 16 kills. Burford got some help from Joseph Dodson and his 46 assists.

Notre Dame's win bumped their record up to 19-9. As for St. Pius X, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 12-6.

Notre Dame does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Pius X, they will head out on the road to take on Saxony Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
