Football Recap: Reseda Comes Up Short

Reseda was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They were dealt a 37-0 defeat at the hands of the Canoga Park Hunters. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Regents of the 44-14 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Reseda's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Canoga Park, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Looking ahead, Reseda will square off against Mendez at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Regents will be up against the Jaguars' rather soft defense (which has allowed 33.67 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Canoga Park, they will face off against Van Nuys at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
