Soccer Recap: Lansing Takes a Loss

Lansing was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 6-1 to the Spring Hill Broncos. If Lansing were looking for revenge after losing 1-0 to Spring Hill when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Lansing's defeat dropped their record down to 2-11-1. As for Spring Hill, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 10-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lansing will venture away from home to square off against West at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Spring Hill, they will head out to challenge Shawnee Heights at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Spring Hill's defense better be ready for this one: Shawnee Heights have averaged an impressive 3.2 goals per game this season.
