Softball Recap: Loretto Takes a Loss

Loretto was the 8-1 winner over Mt. Pleasant when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. Loretto fell 6-3 to Mt. Pleasant on Thursday.

Loretto now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Mt. Pleasant, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, Loretto will challenge Hardin County at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Hardin County will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Loretto surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mt. Pleasant, they will head out to face off against Richland at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
