Softball Recap: Bryan Comes Up Short

If Bryan was feeling good fresh off their 20-5 takedown of Northbrook on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bryan Vikings lost 12-2 to the Giddings Buffaloes on Saturday. The loss was the Vikings' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bryan fell to 2-1. As for Giddings, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-3.

Bryan wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 18-2 loss against Incarnate Word on the 15th. As for Giddings, they have also already played their next contest, a 6-2 win against C.H. Yoe on the 17th.
