Skaneateles dropped down to 6-4 on Saturday, ending the team's three-game streak of wins. They took a 28-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cazenovia. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Cazenovia this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 23-22 back in October.

Several Lakers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Reid Danforth, who picked up 73 receiving yards and a pair of TDs.

As for Cazenovia, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 34.4 points this season.

Robert Livingston was his usual excellent self, rushing for 131 yards and one score, while also throwing for 211 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Skaneateles does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Cazenovia, they will be playing at home against General Brown at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Lions' defense has only allowed 6.9 points per game this season, so the Lakers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
