Soccer Recap: Wellington Wins Going Away Against Boynton Beach

Wellington kept a clean sheet against Boynton Beach on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Boynton Beach Tigers as they made off with an 8-0 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Wolverines considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Their offense was hitting Boynton Beach from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal. Logan Chavez led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Wellington is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those five games. As for Boynton Beach, they dropped their record down to 0-6-1 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.
