Basketball Recap: New London-Spicer Takes a Loss

New London-Spicer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat. The game between them and the Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg Fighting Saints didn't end well, with the New London-Spicer Wildcats falling 74-60. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Fighting Saints apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

New London-Spicer's defeat dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-13.
