Basketball Recap: Liberty Bell Takes a Loss

Liberty Bell was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by the Chelan Mountain Goats 66-36. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mountain Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-28 on January 7th.

Liberty Bell's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Chelan, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Liberty Bell has already played their next game (against Manson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Chelan will square off against Okanogan at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chelan has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
