Volleyball Recap: Colleton County Comes Up Short

Colleton County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 21st straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the May River Sharks, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Sharks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 11th.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-17, 25-16.

Colleton County's record now sits at 0-8. As for May River, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Colleton County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Beaufort on the 2nd. As for May River, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Bishop England on the 2nd.
