Soccer Recap: Braxton County vs. Tyler
Braxton County won the last time they faced Tyler, and things went their way on Saturday too. The Braxton County Eagles had just enough and edged the Tyler Knights out 2-1. The Eagles wouldn't have won without Peyton Sharp, who scored the game-winner.
The victory made it two in a row for Braxton County and bumps their season record up to 11-3-3. As for Tyler, they moved to 10-5-1 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.
Braxton County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Tyler, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 win against St. Marys on the 15th.
