Volleyball Recap: Kingwood Park Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Kingwood Park had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Orangefield Bobcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on Friday.

Kaely Evans paced Kingwood Park's offense, picking up 11 kills. Evans got some help from Zoey Smith and her 15 assists. Evans was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Kingwood Park now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Orangefield, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Looking ahead, Kingwood Park will take on Hudson in a tournament on Friday. As for Orangefield, they will be playing in front of their home fans against West Brook at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
