Thunder Basin entered their tilt with Natrona County on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Mustangs 16-6. Considering the Bolts have won nine contests by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Cami Mannering spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and three unearned) runs on three hits.

At the plate, Addy Rouse and Izzy Carter did most of the damage at the plate: Rouse got on base in four of her five plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and one RBI, while Carter went 3-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. That's the most runs Rouse has posted since back in March. Shelby Kennedy was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Thunder Basin kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least 12 hits in four consecutive matchups.

Thunder Basin's win bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Natrona County, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Thunder Basin beat the Mustangs by a score of 8-4 later that day.
