Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wonderful College Prep Academy). They took their contest on Thursday with ease, bagging an 86-25 win over the Alpaugh Buffalos. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

It was another big night for Demetrio Alvarado, who dropped a double-double on 40 points and 11 steals. He has been hot recently, having posted four or more steals the last three times he's played. Joshua Acevedo was another key player, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 20 rebounds.

Wonderful College Prep Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 23 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive matchups.

The win got Wonderful College Prep Academy back to even at 5-5. As for Alpaugh, their defeat was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-11.
