Basketball Recap: C'angelo Richardson Key Part of a Team Effort in Bears Win

There's no place like home for West Oso, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victor by a 60-38 margin over the George West Longhorns on Tuesday. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Bears just coasted through the last quarter.

West Oso's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was C'Angelo Richardson, who posted 12 points and three steals. Jerald Harper was another key player, putting up 11 points and seven rebounds.

West Oso was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as George West only posted six assists.

George West's loss came despite strong showings from Christopher Bernal and Tristen Blevins. Bernal almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 boards, while Blevins had 19 points along with five boards and three steals. That was a full 50% of George West's points, marking the 14th time in a row he's put up more than a third of the team's points.
