Everything went their way against the Poteet Aggies as they made off with an 89-67 victory. Lytle's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Chase Guevara, who almost dropped a double-double on 25 points and nine rebounds. The match was Guevara's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zacharee Perez, who went 8 of 11 en route to 22 points along with seven assists and five boards.
Lytle was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Poteet only posted nine assists.
