Baseball Recap: Warrensburg Takes a Loss

Warrensburg lost against Boonville back in April of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers came up short against the Pirates, falling 11-5. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Warrensburg's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Boonville, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

Warrensburg wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 5-3 win against Richmond on the 14th. As for Boonville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 12-9 loss against Father Tolton on the 15th.
