Basketball Preview: Robinson Bulldogs vs. Northwest Cabarrus Trojans
Robinson is 8-2 against Northwest Cabarrus since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Robinson Bulldogs will face off against the Northwest Cabarrus Trojans at 7:30 p.m. Robinson knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight matchups -- so hopefully Northwest Cabarrus likes a good challenge.
On Tuesday, Robinson made easy work of Concord and carried off a 78-54 victory. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season.

Da'Montre Harlee was a one-man wrecking crew for Robinson as he went 6 for 7 en route to 19 points and six rebounds. That's the most boards Harlee has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Jarrell Reid, who posted 12 points.
Robinson smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 13 consecutive contests.
