Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Governor Mifflin). They breezed past the Lebanon Cedars to the tune of 49-7 on Friday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Mustangs as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Governor Mifflin's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-5. As for Lebanon, their record is now 0-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Governor Mifflin is set to take on their familiar foe Elizabethtown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Lebanon will challenge rival Ephrata at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
