Volleyball Recap: Scott City Takes a Loss

After flying high against Charleston on Tuesday, Scott City came back down to earth. The Rams fell just short of the Sikeston Bulldogs by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The Rams were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Scott City's loss dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Sikeston, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-12-1.

Coming up, Scott City will take on Seckman in a tournament on Saturday. As for Sikeston, they will welcome Kelly at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
