They came up short against the Gardner-Edgerton Trailblazers, falling 4-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Spring Hill of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

As for Gardner-Edgerton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against North on the 9th.
