Basketball Recap: South Atlanta Takes a Loss

South Atlanta suffered their biggest loss since December 15, 2023 on Friday. They had to suffer through a 90-30 loss at the hands of the Coahulla Creek Colts. The game marked the Hornets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for South Atlanta and nudges their season record down to 2-8. As for Coahulla Creek, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-4 record.

When South Atlanta and Coahulla Creek next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. South Atlanta will try to stop Gordon Lee's three-game winning streak when the meet at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Coahulla Creek will try to stop LaFayette's three-game winning streak when the meet at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
