Basketball Recap: All Saints Episcopal Trojans vs. Dallas Christian Chargers

After flying high against Shelton last Tuesday, All Saints Episcopal came back down to earth. The All Saints Episcopal Trojans came up short against the Dallas Christian Chargers on Monday, falling 64-44. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 46-40 back in January.

Leading Dallas Christian to victory were Dylan Belt and Cason Walker. Belt went 6 of 7 on his way to 16 points and five boards, while Walker posted 15 points and three steals. Vernon Davis was another key player, going 6 for 10 en route to 13 points.

All Saints Episcopal has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Dallas Christian, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-17.

All Saints Episcopal will challenge McKinney Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. McKinney Christian Academy will roll in looking for their 17th straight win, something All Saints Episcopal surely won't give up without a fight.
