Recap: Spanaway Lake Sentinels vs. Mountain View Thunder
Even though the Mountain View Thunder scored an imposing 59 points on Saturday, the Spanaway Lake Sentinels still came out on top. Spanaway Lake came out on top in a nail-biter against Mountain View and snuck past 62-59. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Spanaway Lake.
Spanaway Lake's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lamel Brim , who scored 15 points along with 8 rebounds. Jabari Preston was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
Spanaway Lake's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Mountain View, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Spanaway Lake will take on River Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Hopefully River Ridge focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Tuesday. As for Mountain View, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Prairie at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Prairie and Mountain View are at an even 5-5 over their past ten head-to-heads.
