Manchester took a 112-point loss the last time they faced off against Richmond City School of the Arts, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Manchester Lancers never let the Richmond City School of the Arts Bulldogs onto the board and left with a 2-0 win on Monday. The two-point effort marked the Lancers' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

The victory was the third in a row for Manchester, bringing their record for this year to 18-3. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.0 points over those games. As for Richmond City School of the Arts, they are on a 40-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-19.
