Basketball Recap: Chelsea Continues Road Dominance on Friday

Chelsea won the last time they faced Dexter and things went their way on Friday too. The Chelsea Bulldogs snuck past the Dexter Dreadnaughts with a 55-49 victory. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked third, while the Dreadnaughts are ranked 44th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Chelsea's win was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.6 points per game. As for Dexter, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3.
